If you are going to Europe and you need a car, you need Natacha Camuset!

I cannot recommend highly enough the terrific service, fast quotes and great cars Natacha arranged through Citroen Europass for myself, my wife and our dog Shoga.

Not only were the cars great - a Citroen C4 Picasso and a C3 Picasso used over seven months - in 2015/16, but the staff at the Citroen pickup and dropoff points in Paris, Nice and Munich were as friendly as Natacha. A small problem with the locking mechanism on the C3 in Imperia, Italy was repaired in less than hour at the local Citroen dealer, no questions asked and no money needed, and we were again on our way.

The full-coverage insurance meant we never worried about problems during more than 16,000 kilometres of driving through France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Italy and made our European adventure one for the ages. Although we "met" Natacha only via email, we feel we made a wonderful new friend in France and we will definitely use Natacha's great services next time we need a vehicle in Europe.

The ability to choose your vehicle model to fit your needs and to get a new car every time simply cannot be beat. Our C4 had 2 km on it when I picked it up in Paris. The C3 was an "older" older model - it had 4 km on the clock. No extra charges for more than one driver, full insurance and great service made Citroen Europass and Natacha a combination that cannot be beat.

VERY highly recommended for your next trip to Europe. We will be working with her the next time we make the trip.

主人とフランス旅行をするため、カーエクスパットのシトロエン　ユーロパスのサービスを利用しました。

空港で車を借りる手続きですでに、他社のレンタカーサービスと大きく違うことがわかります。普通はレンタカーカウンターで長蛇の列を作って待つことが多いのですが、こちらのサービスはとてもきれいな専用スペースでゆっくりと手続きを行うことができます。そして用意されていた車はピカピカの新車。基本的な車の機能などはスタッフの方が説明をしてくれます。（日本人でもわかる英語で対応してくれます。）

パリから移動して、観光地化されていない美しい自然が残るブルターニュをぐるりと回り、名所旧跡、グルメと満喫しました。フランスでは地方を旅行するには車は必須ですが、カーナビはもちろん、最新の機能が装備されている新車を運転できるというのは大きな安心感があります。帰国するその日まで快適走行でした。

日本で事前に予約した際、万が一の事故などの場合の対応が詳しくかかれたリーフレットが担当者のナターシャ・カミュゼさんから直接メールで送られてきますし、トラブルや事故の場合にもシトロエン　ユーロパスのサポートセンターが24時間365日対応をして頂けるので、その点はとても安心です。

今年の旅行でもカーエクスパットのシトロエン　ユーロパスでレンタカーを予約しています。今からフランスでのドライブが楽しみです。

Nous avons profité du service de Car-Expats avec Citroën Euro Pass l’année dernière pour voyager avec mon mari.

Nous nous sommes déjà aperçus de la différence de la qualité du service lors de notre arrivée à l’aéroport de Paris par rapport aux autres sociétés de la location de voiture. Très souvent à l’aéroport, il fallait faire une longue queue devant un comptoir afin de faire les démarches nécessaires pour louer la voiture. Cependant, ce n’était pas le cas chez Citroën Euro Pass. Un agent qui parle très bien anglais (anglais facile pour les japonais) est à notre disposition dans l’espace réservé aux clients.

En voiture, nous avons voyagé en Bretagne Nord où la nature sauvage est encore bien préservée, et visité les monuments historiques, et profité de la gastronomie régionale. En France, une voiture est indispensable pour faire un voyage dans une région. La voiture équipée des fonctions les plus nouvelles (y compris un GPS bien entendu) nous a donné un grand confort. Notre voiture roulait impeccablement jusqu’à notre jour de départ pour le Japon.

Un autre confort est une petite brochure en PDF qui nous avait été envoyée par Natacha Camuset San par mail lors de la réservation. Toutes les informations en cas d’un accident etc. sont dans cette brochure. En outre, en cas d’accident ou de problème, l’Assistance de Citroen EuroPass  est à l’entière disposition des clients  24/24  toute l’année, c’est également le grand avantage très important pour nous.

Nous avons déjà réservé notre voiture Citroen EuroPass de Car-Expats pour nos prochaines vacances cette année. Nous attendons cet été avec impatience !
